With Free Standard Delivery, your order is delivered within 2-5 working days. Please Note – During the holiday seasons the order and delivery times may differ, but not to worry! We will let you know in advance. Our Wyntieré team will be working round the clock to minimise any disruptions to this service. Returns & exchanges are accepted.

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 25 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by our delivery service, the shipment will be returned to our delivery service. You will have to pay for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our couriers’ facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Cancellations are accepted.
